However, just a month after the altercation allegedly took place, West and the twins – who own several restaurants and bars in Los Angeles – went completely silent, law enforcement told TMZ in a new update. day Friday.

Police informed the outlet that there was no clear evidence of the alleged assault and added that Kanye and the twins needed to cooperate with police in the investigation.

Law enforcement told TMZ they speculate that Kanye — who also goes by Ye — along with the Houston twins resolved the issue privately.

And due to the lack of evidence and lack of response from the trio, police are unable to forward the case to the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, although the case remains open.

The alleged altercation took place last month in April while West and Bianca were spending time at the Chateau Marmont.

He was named a suspect in an assault report for “hitting a man who had grabbed Bianca Censori.”

At the time, her team informed DailyMail.com that she was not simply pushed or shoved during the incident.

His team claimed his wife was sexually assaulted by one of the twins when one of them put his hands under her dress and also “blowed kisses” at her.

West’s representatives said, “’Grabbed’ is a completely inappropriate description of what happened. Bianca was physically attacked. The attacker didn’t just hit her.

“He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, grabbed her waist, turned her around, then blew kisses to her. She was beaten and sexually assaulted.

Also last month, in April, Kanye broke his silence on the Chateau Marmont incident.

In an attempt to set the record straight during his appearance on Justin LaBoy’s The Download podcast, the rapper explained why he got physical with a man who he claimed inappropriately touched his wife Bianca Censori.

After tracking down the man he claims ‘grabbed’ his wife, the father of four, who said he did not see the incident happen ‘directly’, claims he told the man to ‘leave NOW “.

“I talked to the guy and said, ‘You just have to leave right now,’ and he said, ‘Oh, ‘that’s okay.’ And it’s like no, that’s not right,” the Stronger hitmaker recalls. “It wasn’t right.”

Kardashian’s ex-husband continued: “He must have gone to bed early…I tucked that nigga in.”

When asked if the man was still sleeping, West looked down and replied, “I don’t know what happened.”

A report also surfaced on TMZ claiming West hit one half of a set of twins who own many Los Angeles bars and restaurants, but allegedly hit the wrong one.

The twins are Mark and Jonnie Houston, who own Los Angeles hotspots such as No Vacancy, Good Times at Davey Wayne’s, Black Rabbit Rose and Break Room 86.

West and Censori claimed that Censori bumped into one of the brothers and began assaulting him.

However, sources claimed there was no evidence to support these claims, with TMZ’s sources calling Censori’s allegations “totally irrelevant and simply inaccurate.”

Sources said a man encountered Censori in the lobby of the Chateau Marmont, which was apparently very busy at the time.

The incident happened quickly and the man continued on his way, heading outside to sit with friends.

Shortly after, West approached the table to confront the man, eventually punching him in the face.

However, West appears to have hit the wrong man: the other twin and not the one who bumped into his girlfriend in the lobby.

It is not yet clear which of the twins collided with Censori and which was ultimately hit by West.

The Houston twins are said to frequent the Chateau Marmont a lot, although it’s unclear if they’ve ever interacted with West.

“I talked to the guy and said, ‘You just have to leave right now,’ and he said, ‘Oh, ‘that’s okay.’ And it’s like no, that’s not good,” the Stronger hitmaker recalls. “It wasn’t good.”

The rapper left the hotel after the incident, well before police arrived, who reportedly wanted to speak to West after the altercation.

West allegedly hit the wrong brother twice, with police sources finding no evidence that either brother assaulted Censori in any way.

Although no evidence has been found, West’s team adamantly maintains that Censori was assaulted that night.

“This was a physical and sexual assault and any attempt to downplay the seriousness of what happened is disgusting and despicable,” one of Kanye’s representatives said in a statement.
