OS1 Trussville offers free school sports testing

TRUSSVILLE, Ala. – The OS1 Orthopedic and Sports Injury Clinic is offering free AHSAA sports physicals to students in grades 7-12 in Trussville this month.

Free sports testing will be offered on July 10 and 24 only in Trussville.

Physical exams must be scheduled by phone or online and a parent or guardian must accompany athletes under 19.

Athletes are also asked to complete an AHSAA Sports Physical Examination Form and bring it with them to their appointment.
