Albuquerque’s One Stop Chill N Fill food truck offers fresh meals on its built-in patio

Local food truck One Stop Chill N Fill offers gourmet Mexican cuisine with an American twist. The food truck has been operating in Duke City for three years now and it doesn’t show any signs of slowing down.

Owner Erwin Rascon says he has had a passion for cooking since he was a child. Rascon wanted to share his passion for good food with those around him, so he opened One Stop Chill N Fill.

The food truck offers breakfast, tacos, burgers, nachos and more, all with a built-in patio for customers to sit and enjoy their food. One Stop prioritizes freshness, sourcing local ingredients, handcrafting sauces and cooking fresh for each order.
