Deshaun Watson’s thoughts on Davante Adams on the trading block and his confidence in Amari Cooper

CLEVELAND, Ohio — Deshaun Watson didn’t think about the possibility of the Browns contacting Davante Adams or DeAndre Hopkins before the Nov. 5 trade deadline.

Adams, a six-time Pro Bowler, has asked to be traded, and the Browns will likely at least answer the phone; Hopkins, a five-time Pro Bowl player and Watson’s former teammate with the Texans, is the subject of trade rumors with the Titans at 1-3. As the Browns search for answers about their 31st-ranked offense, they will do everything they can to improve the team.

“No, I’m just focusing on my guys that I have in this locker room now, so I’m not getting into trade talks or that type of thing and trying to add guys,” he said. -he declared. “I’m trying to focus on the execution, the game plan so we can be productive on Sunday against the Commanders.
