Hit-and-run driver injures 2 people, destroys mailbox in North Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (FOX5) – A hit-and-run in North Las Vegas was caught on video.

The incident happened after 8pm on Sunday, October 6, in a neighborhood near Losee and Lone Mountain.

A red Ford pickup truck could be seen backing up. A screeching sound comes from the truck’s tires before it suddenly takes off.

The truck crashed into mailboxes before crashing into a white car. Two people inside the car were injured and the mailboxes were destroyed.

The driver fled the scene.

The driver of the white car told FOX5 he had never seen the truck before.
