Oasis tour ‘set to end prematurely’ as waves of fans are left ‘disappointed’ | Celebrity News | Showbiz and TV

According to Sports Book Review, the odds of the band breaking up before they even start the tour are 7/2.

The Live ’25 tour will kick off on July 4, 2024, and they’ll take it all over the world before their final show in November next year.

As well as performing in the UK and Ireland, Oasis added the US, Canada, Mexico, Asia and Australia to their tour.

Alongside fan concerns, bookies are also skeptical about the band reaching the finish line, suggesting that some Oasis fans in some countries may miss out.

The 23/20 odds suggest a 46.5% chance that the tour will end prematurely, leaving participants during the Australian leg particularly disappointed.

Ahead of their first appearance together on stage in 15 years, the tour’s supporting acts were speculated to be other ’90s icons.

According to sources close to the band via The Independent, The Verve frontman Richard Ashcroft and ’90s band Cast will tour with Oasis.

Having burst onto the music scene at a similar time to Oasis, Richard maintained a close friendship with Liam and Noel after The Verve supported them in 1993.

As for the cast, they recently supported Liam on his Definitely Maybe 30 Years tour.

Noel has also spoken before about his admiration for the band – not only describing seeing them live as a “religious experience”, but also calling the cast “The Who of the 90s”.
