Fans were ‘furious’ with the judges’ scores for Wynne Evans and Katya Jones’ performance.

The Welsh opera star, 52, and professional dancer, 35, took to Strictly again on Saturday for a slapstick-themed Quickstep.

The routine earned the pair an impressive 33 out of 40, with Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas awarding them nines.

However, fans were not impressed with the score as they claimed that Wynne and Katya had been scored too much.

The performance came as the pair tried to shake off the chilling viral moment that saw Katya push Wynne’s hand away from her waist and dismiss his attempt to greet her..

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, after their last performance, fans criticized the judges for giving Wynne and Katya two nines.

The clip showed the pair beaming as they climbed a Welsh mountain before Wynne gave Katya a lift.

Despite the duo, who once pioneered the Glitterball Trophy, becoming the bookies’ next favorites to leave the competition, they scored a respectable 33 out of 40 in their Quickstep.
