Megan Thee Stallion confessed her surprise upon discovering the iconic HBO series Sex and the city on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

“No one told me ‘Sex and the City’ was so good? I’m upset. No one said, ‘Megan, watch it! It’s for the culture.'”

Stallion stumbled upon the show through Sarah Jessica Parker’s stylish images. “Her hair, shoes and clothes were stunning. I asked, ‘What show is this?’ Now I’m hooked.”

She watches episodes during workouts, glamor sessions, and downtime. “I’m pressing; I’m busy.”

Unfamiliar with the 2008 film and 2010 sequel, the rapper sought Fallon’s guidance.

Reviewing the characters, Stallion shared candid thoughts:

1. Samantha: Initially unhappy, Stallion started to like it. “She commands men; she doesn’t let them control her. She advises girls to prioritize fun, shopping and financial independence.”

2. Charlotte: “A little delusional, but cute. Emotional and empathetic.” Stallion is related to Charlotte’s sensitivity.

3. Miranda: “Worst character… always negative and sad.” Stallion doesn’t like Miranda’s treatment of Steve.

4. Carrie: “Elegant, attractive and dramatic.” Stallion identifies with Carrie’s talent for chaos.

Sex and the city (1998-2004) explores four New York women navigating love, friendship and sex. The spin-off Is that so has been renewed for a third season.
