CCTV appeal following alleged racial abuse incident in Doncaster

Police have launched a CCTV appeal after a 23-year-old woman was allegedly spat at and racially abused in Doncaster.

The incident is believed to have occurred shortly after 4.30pm BST on October 14 in Bennetthorpe, South Yorkshire Police said.

Officers have released an image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their investigation.

The man pictured is described as being around 30 years old, white, 172cm tall and of medium build and appears to be carrying an inflatable flamingo costume.
