DuSable Lake Shore Drive, Chicago traffic: Lane closures planned for resurfacing roadwork this week

The DSLD resurfacing project will be completed this weekBefore the renovation project is completed, DuSable Lake Shore Drive will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

CHICAGO (WLS) — There are more DuSable Lake Shore Drive Lane closures are planned for this week due to ongoing road construction in the city.

Monday October 27 and Tuesday October 28.

Beginning each evening at 9:00 a.m., southbound DLSD will be reduced to two lanes between Irving Park Rd. and LaSalle Dr.
Additionally, northbound and southbound DLSD will be reduced to three lanes between Hollywood Ave. and Lawrence Ave.
All ramps remain open. All lanes will be open at 4 p.m

This work is expected to complete the renovation project, weather permitting.
