Serious accident closes road in Enfield

ENFIELD, CT (WFSB) – A serious car crash closed a road Monday evening.

Police say both northbound lanes of Palomba Drive are closed north of the intersection with Cranbrook Boulevard.

The roadway is expected to be closed for several hours while officers investigate the crash.

All businesses on Palomba Drive, north of Cranbrook Boulevard, are accessible via Elm Street.

Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes.
