President Biden’s This “garbage” comment while talking about Trump supporters has the American political world talking out loud. Everyone except Vice President Kamala Harris and top Democrats, that is.

The Harris campaign has been quiet since Biden made his comments on Tuesday during a Zoom call with Voto Latino, one of the largest Latino voter and community organizations in the US.

During the call, Biden was asked about a comment he made during a Trump rally at Madison Square Garden, in which comedian Tony Hinchcliffe called Puerto Rico a “floating island of trash.”

Over the next two days, outrage erupted among Democrats, who said Trump’s campaign should not refer to Puerto Rico in this way.

When Harris held her last major campaign event — and not far from the White House – Biden was asked what he thought of Hinchcliffe’s comedic bit at the Trump rally in New York.

BIDEN CALLS TRUMP SUPPORTERS ‘WASTE’ DURING HARRIS CAMPAIGN EVENT, WHEN VP PROMISES UNITY AT ELLIPSE RALLY

“The only trash I see floating out there are his supporters,” Biden said Tuesday. “(Trump) demonization of Latinos is unconscionable, and it is un-American.”

“Garbage” and “supporters” are the two words everyone hung on to after it was said. And it has silenced the Harris campaign just six days before the 2024 presidential election.

Fox News Digital reached out to the Harris campaign for comment.

Furthermore, none of the top Democrats have spoken openly about Biden’s comments. Those who were openly defiant of Trump after Hinchcliffe’s comment at the rally have become mum since Biden made his comment.

Many top Republicans seeking re-election — like Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Sen. Rick Scott of Florida — have also been quiet since Biden called many of their voters “trash.”

Based on the 74.2 million votes Trump received in the 2020 election Federal Election Commissionthe sitting president called nearly half of the country’s voters “trash.”
