Golden retriever found safe after car crash in Elmhurst

ELMHURST, Ill. – A Golden retriever has been safely located after he went missing in a car accident Thursday morning in Elmhurst.

The collision occurred around 6:45 a.m. near the intersection of North and Maple, when a car attempting to turn left onto North was struck.

During the incident, a female Golden retriever ran from one of the vehicles and went missing in the area

She was found around 7:50 am
