San Antonio Police: Man stabbed to death at West Side bus stop, search underway for killer

SAN ANTONIO (KTSA News) – San Antonio police are investigating a stabbing at a West Side bus stop that left one person dead.

Officers were called to the intersection of North Zarzamora and West Poplar around 9 a.m. Monday.

They discovered a man in his thirties, injured in the chest.

First responders were unable to keep the man alive and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

His name has not been released.

Police say they believe the man was stabbed at the bus stop, but have been unable to locate the person who attacked him.

The investigation continues.
