Netflix launches season 1 of ‘Scavengers Reign’ after cancellation at Max

Scavenger Reign will debut on Netflix on May 31

The reign of the scavengers will continue to broadcast despite its cancellation at Max.

On Friday, May 10, Variety announced that the first season of the animated sci-fi drama will premiere on Netflix on May 31 and will be available to stream in the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and New Zealand .

The deal is said to be non-exclusive, hinting that the episodes will also remain on Max.

In addition to the first season debuting on Netflix, some sources have indicated that the streaming platform is planning to release the second season, however, this will not be finalized until the first season arrives on the video streaming platform.

Joseph Bennett created The reign of the scavengers starring Charles Huettner, who also contributes to the drama as an executive producer alongside Chris Prynoski.

Sean Buckelew and James Merrill serve as co-executive producers, with Benjy Brooke as supervising director.

Additionally, Green Street Pictures produced the series in partnership with Titmouse, Inc.
