Accord Announces Annual Meeting Vote Results

TORONTO, May 15, 2024(TSX – ACD) (the “Company”) today announced the voting results of its annual meeting of shareholders (“AGM”) held on May 14, 2024 in Toronto, Ontario.

Shareholders voted in favor of all items presented at the meeting as set forth below. A total of 6,991,018 shares were represented at the AGM, representing 81.68% of the total issued and outstanding shares.
