Fear that the Kakamora Brownie Mousse features a chocolate brownie dusted with peppermint powdered sugar. It’s all topped off with a chocolate and coconut piñata filled with pineapple and coconut mousse. There are purple and green icing decorations. Kakamora’s is a white chocolate medallion.

The only thing to fear about this delicious dessert is the mess that comes with it! This little piece is packed with flavor. Starting with the base, the brownie is definitely more cake than fudge, so it’s lighter than expected, which is ideal in the Florida heat. We loved the subtle notes of peppermint sprinkled throughout.

However, the piñata steals the show. The sweet notes of coconut and pineapple complement the chocolate. The piñata also adds a lot to what would otherwise be a dull brownie.

We could have done without the icing details. The horn is fine, although it fell off as soon as it hit the heat and everything started to melt. The purple and green icing will let everyone know what you ate today.

This is a very messy but very tasty dessert. We recommend picking it up on your way out and taking it back to your hotel room to eat so you don’t look like the purple eater.

It’s Instagrammable, fun and experimental. Avoid it if you don’t like coconut or chocolate.
