Tunnel Bus offered for the Detroit Grand Prix this weekend

The Tunnel Bus will be available this weekend to bring racing fans to Detroit for the Grand Prix.

The Grand Prix will take place on the streets of downtown Detroit from Friday to Sunday.

Transit Windsor will operate its regular tunnel bus service for the weekend.

Although service does not typically begin until 8 a.m. on Sundays, Transit Windsor will launch Tunnel Bus services from 6 a.m. every three days.

Tyson Cragg, executive director of Transit Windsor, says he wants those who ride the bus to know that due to road closures in downtown Detroit, the bus will drop off passengers at the Mariners Church, just outside outside the tunnel in the United States. side.

No reservations will be required and passengers will be able to show up and pay to take the bus, at a cost of $10 per trip.
