MP Evans Completes Share Buyback and Cancellation

Deputy Evans (EN:MPE) posted an update.

MP Evans Group PLC carried out a share buyback, purchasing 3,977 of its own shares at a volume weighted average price of 870.59 pence each, which were subsequently cancelled, leaving the company with 53,000,304 shares in circulation. This share repurchase reflects the company’s capital allocation strategy and the reduction in the number of shares outstanding could impact shareholder voting percentages.
