Trailer leaked for new Slitterhead game from Silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama

Head cut off A new gameplay trailer for the upcoming horror title Head cut off leaked just hours before its official announcement was supposed to take place during today’s Summer Game Fest event.

For those who don’t know, Head cut off is an upcoming horror game developed by silent Hill creator Keiichiro Toyama and Bokeh Game Studio.

The new leaked trailer has a very action-horror vibe. Relentless silent Hill and horror fans in general may be disappointed with this direction, but I knew as soon as I started seeing the first trailer for the game in 2021, that this game was going to be something different, and may -not everyone’s cup of tea.

That said, everything shown in the trailer looks really cool. The gameplay is frenetic and compelling, the enemy designs are suitably grotesque, and the developers definitely leaned into the weird. It will be exciting to find out how it actually plays when it releases during this year’s holiday season.

The action-horror title from Bokeh Game Studio Head cut off launching November 8 on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS4, PS5 and PC
