CM Punk’s one-word message to Ricochet after his possible final WWE appearance

CM Punk’s one-word message to Ricochet after his possible final WWE appearance

This may have been the last time we saw Ricochet.

Ricochet’s time in WWE appears to be coming to an end. A few days ago, PWInsider reported that the wrestler informed WWE of his plans to leave the company after his contract expired this summer. Fightful said the creative team had put a lot of preparations in place to have him exit television smoothly. And it looks like it finally happened tonight on WWE RAW.

Bron Breaker arrives backstage to ambush his two opponents, Ilja Dragunov and Ricochet. After landing the Spear, which couldn’t get through Dragunov in front of the crowd, the former NXT Champion launched a vicious attack on Ricochet, driving them into the Huntington Center parking lot.

Bron Breakker pierced a windshield with Ricochet’s body while throwing the high-flyer into the automobile. The boxer was placed on a stretcher and transported from the event in an ambulance after suffering suspected back injuries.

Samantha Irvin, his partner, was next to him when he gave a quick thumbs up. And this could be Prince Puma’s last appearance as he joins the All Elite Wrestling roster. Something that was certainly not authorized by CM Punk. The Second City Saint placed a subliminal warning message on the recent WWE video showing the beating of Ricochet.

CM Punk has a message for Ricochet

WWE frequently posts footage of its performance highlights on social media. So it’s no surprise that they decided to share the video of Bron Breakker’s horrific beating. Many people were surprised by the main comment of the post. CM Punk took that spot.

The Cult of Personality felt ridiculous when he posted “RIP-ochet”, which many believe was a remark about Ricochet’s decision to change companies and eventually join Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling.

Other superstars, including Will Ospreay and Swerve Strickland, agree that Prince Puma would be a great addition to the promotion. And WWE underutilized him. He had an excellent start to his promotion. In 2018, he joined WWE and began working in the developmental division. The wrestler had a very successful first run with NXT, winning both the NXT North American Championship and the brand’s tag team championship alongside Aleister Black.

Ricochet made his first appearance on the main roster in 2019. He has won the United States Championship and the Intercontinental Championship over the years. He lost the latter to Gunther, who set the record for the longest reign in history.

Ricochet just became the first WWE Speed Champion in history. However, it barely made it to the midcard and is frequently used as a buffing skill to push bigger wrestlers. Something that may have angered Ricochet enough to make the transfer. What are your thoughts? Should Ricochet join AEW? What did you think of CM Punk’s alleged swipe at the high-flyer’s next career path? Please let us know in the comments.
