Miley Cyrus Reveals Her Shocking Work Schedule When She Was Just 13

While many child stars struggle to enjoy the same level of fame they experienced as children, Miley Cyrus has proven that it is possible.

After appearing on our screens as Hannah Montana in the 2000s, she’s managed to forge an incredibly successful pop music career to prove that she’s not just a Disney icon of yesteryear.

Of course, all this success is no accident, but it seems that a lot of hard work.

Last year, Cyrus, 31, shared the grueling work schedule she had as a young teen star, leaving many fans joking that she deserved more than “a little summer vacation unending”.

In a video posted to TikTok, as part of her intimate interview series “Used to be Young,” she shared her schedule of an average day when she was younger.

“I’m probably 12 or 13,” she recalls.

“Friday January 5, 5:30 a.m., hair and makeup at my hotel.

“7 a.m., they come to pick us up. 7:15 a.m., I’m on the news. 7:45 I have another live interview. 8:15 a.m. another interview. 8:45 a.m. another interview. 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m. meeting with editors. Return to the hotel.

“Okay, I have to do an interview, but the reporters are all fifth graders.”

This is where many of us would probably be in desperate need of a nap, but not for Cyrus.

She continued, “1:00-2:30 p.m., my dad and I have a lunch talk. 2:40 p.m., we have to go to the Life magazine shoot. 3 p.m.-5 p.m. interview and shooting for the Father’s Day issue.

“Arrive at 6 p.m. for the children’s online interview, then at 6:15 p.m. we have another interview.

“Then the next day starts at 7 a.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. – when I go home to probably go to Hannah. It’s a Saturday. And then Monday, back to work tomorrow morning.

She laughed, “I’m many things…but laziness isn’t one of them!”

2 p.m.-5 p.m. – Photo shoot and interview for Life magazine for the Father’s Day issue

6:15 p.m. – Another interview

A voice – presumably mom’s, Tish – can be heard telling her at the end of the video: “Those were really the next four years of your life.” »

Cyrus then says, “So, I think this girl deserves a little endless summer vacation.” »

And it seems many fans agree, with one sharing the clip on Twitter and making the same reference to his latest album, Endless summer vacationreleased in 2023.

Someone else said: “The most iconic queen.” »

And another wrote: “The schedule is crazy. »
