Free healthcare offered during a medical mission to Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — The Delta Regional Authority, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Defense, launched its medical mission to Western Kentucky on Saturday.

The program is a military training opportunity while also providing key health services.

The mission takes place at South Middle School in Henderson.

Basic wellness exams, vision and dental exams, veterinary services and more are offered free of charge.

No ID is required and there are no income or residency requirements.

The well-being mission runs until June 25.
