Gordon Ramsay has a Father’s Day message after CT bike accident

Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has an important message he’s sharing after being injured in a “serious accident” while “biking in Connecticut.”

“Wear a helmet,” Ramsay posted on Instagram.

With “Hell’s Kitchen” filming at Foxwoods Resort Casino for its 23rd and 24th seasons, the multi-Michelin star celebrity chef has been spotted more than once in Mystic.

He wrote that on Father’s Day on Sunday, “I have a very important message for all dads… WEAR A HELMET.”

“This week I had a very serious accident while riding my bike in Connecticut. I’m fine and didn’t break any bones or suffer any serious injuries, but I’m a little bruised, I look like a purple potato,” he wrote. “I’m grateful to all the doctors , nurses and staff at (Lawrence) + Memorial Hospital in New London who took care of me and examined me, but most of all I am grateful for my helmet which saved my life.”

“Have a great Father’s Day and stay safe. »
