About the American automotive experience

Visitors to The American Automobile Experience will find authentic vignettes, artwork, mannequins and other items. We embrace and use technology through interactive displays to illustrate the many effects that automobiles have and continue to have on our lives. The museum has recreated a 1950s gas station with period tools and modern appliances, which show the progression of sophistication and technical progress. A drive-in theater screen and display also incorporates the original ticket booth from the local Kearney Drive-In.
