A24 shares trailer for “The Front Room”

“Being cooped up with a newborn and a mother-in-law can drive anyone crazy.”

A24 has released the official trailer for its upcoming genre feature film The front room. In the trailer, viewable below, a father’s final request is for his son to take the widowed bride into his home. Things seem to go from bad to worse very quickly as the new roommate begins to get comfortable.

Directed by Max and Sam Eggers, The Front Room stars Brandy, Andrew Burnap and Kathryn Hunter.

The film is based on the short story of the same name by Susan Hill, published in her 2016 collection. The traveling bag and other ghostly stories.
