Wilco Zeelenberg ready for home race, but calling for ‘hectic’ time in MotoGP, with silly season

The Dutch GP will take place this weekend, after a three-week break, so Wilco Zeelenberg is very excited to get back racing and straight into his home GP. However, the manager of Trackhouse Racing spoke about the complicated moment that the class is currently experiencing, also with a positive vision of what the team is doing lately.

Before addressing the GP itself, the Trackhouse Team Manager began by reminding the driver market: “It’s always a pleasure to have my home race mid-season. The situation is quite hectic at the moment in the paddock – everyone’s silly season continues and I think all the drivers are ready to give it their all for the next two rounds before the summer break.

He believes that Miguel Oliveira and Raúl Fernández can succeed:

Assen is always special, first of all because it is my home track and the circuit layout is very fast and usually all the drivers enjoy that. Now is a good time to look back at where we finished these last two races and I’m looking forward to getting going again having gained some momentum with the team growing and performing better. So let’s see what we can do in Assen!
