Women’s football announces 2024 calendar

LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall women’s soccer team is preparing to launch its 2024 roster after a stellar 2023 season – ending with the Diplomats’ second appearance at the Centennial Conference (CC) championship and NCAA tournament .

The Diplomats play nine home and nine away games this season, starting with a home game against Catholic on August 30. F&M then hits the road to face Elizabethtown on September 3 and Washington & Lee on September 7. Franklin & Marshall hosts York (Pa.) on September 11, before traveling to face Penn State Harrisburg on September 15. The Diplomats then host Arcadia on September 18 before beginning their Centennial Conference (CC) slate against Bryn Mawr on September 21. F&M ends the month with away games against Haverford. (September 25) and Swarthmore (September 28), followed by a home game against Penn State Berks on September 30.

Franklin & Marshall continues its home run through October with home games against McDaniel (October 5) and Ursinus (October 8). The Diplomats will travel to Muhlenberg on October 11 before hosting Dickinson on October 16. F&M then begins a three-game road trip against Johns Hopkins (Oct. 19), Mary Washington (Oct. 26) and Gettysburg (Oct. 30). The Diplomats finish the regular season at home against Washington College (November 2).

The Centennial Conference tournament will begin on November 5 and continue through November 10. The NCAA Division III tournament will follow, with the first round set for November 16. The NCAA Championship will be played on December 8 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

In total, F&M will face four NCAA qualifiers last season, with two of those teams advancing past the first round.

Ranked 25th nationally last season, F&M finished the year with a 12-4-4 overall record and a 6-2-2 CC record.
