OGC Nice plans to bring together Franck Haise with Jonathan Gradit

Franck Haise was named manager of OGC Nice on Friday. Mercato on foot now reports that he could be reunited with one of his former players from the Côte d’Azur club.

Having appointed people to managerial positions, with the arrival of Haise as manager and Florian Maurice as sporting director, attention now turns to the transfer window. The Gym No transfers have been made yet, and big name departures are expected. As confirmed by Nice president Jean-Pierre Rivère, Jean-Clair Todibo and Khéphren Thuram, both very interested, will be allowed to leave.

At least one defender will be needed, perhaps more, as Nice are expected to move to a three-man defense under Haise. Jonathan Gradit (31) is considered by The Eaglets, according to Foot market. The French central defender was a regular starter under Haise at RC Lens, however, with his contract running until 2026, Nice will have to be convincing in the negotiations in order to secure their man.
