On Thursday, Tulare County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the area of ​​Highway 136 and the county line for a report of a stolen tractor and a customized trailer with irrigation hoses.

TCSO Agricultural Crimes detectives responded and identified Jose Hernandez, 46, as the suspect responsible for the theft.
⁣
Hernandez was arrested for grand theft of farm equipment, as well as an active arrest warrant. The tractor and trailer with the irrigation tube were returned to the victim.⁣
