Miley Cyrus inspired by choir of elderly participants singing her song

Miley Cyrus thinks it’s a choir that accepts everyone singing one of her most sentimental hits.

The “Malibu” singer, 31, left a comment on a video recently posted by Pop Choir Australia on TikTok of its members (many of whom are seniors) singing her hit song “Used to Be Young.”

“You are ALWAYS beautiful! This video lit up my heart. OA moments like this are the reason I wrote U2BY!” Cyrus wrote in the comments of the Friday, June 28, TikTok video. “Physical youth comes and goes but the soul can stay young forever!! I love you all! Thank you for making my day.”

Although many members of the Australian group appear older, according to its website, Pop Choir is for anyone who loves to sing.

“Pop Choir is a reinvented choir and is aimed at everyone who loves to sing! » can we read on the website. “A tired and overworked professional, a stressed parent, someone who likes to sing their favorite song in the car or in the shower or the next Guy Sebastian. Pop Choir is fun for everyone and surprisingly cool! »
