Before being fired, Normolle was considered a top prospect

In the preparation of Own ManhattanNormolle appeared to be on the verge of becoming a major new player in the real estate sector.

Own Manhattan Host Serhant told the LA Times that he “saw something in (Normolle) that he also saw in (himself)”, to be a comrade “A fish out of water.”

He said Normolle could have sold itself to customers like “the face of the next generation” what would help him “to have the greatest career of all time”:

“I give Jonathan a lot of credit. I saw something in him that I also saw in myself. I don’t have a tattoo on my head, but a bit like a fish out of water. I had a dream in my head: “Dude, this is what you should do: people will look at you and they will judge a book by its cover. You have a few seconds to change people’s minds. You sell something basically, you show them that you’re a great, awesome, cool person, and that you’re the face of the next generation. You’re going to have the greatest career of all time.” »

Despite the fact that Serhant gave Normolle “the merit of being one’s authentic self”, he finally called the young man “probably (his) biggest disappointment:”

“That was probably my biggest disappointment. But I give him credit for staying authentic.”

Normolle claims to have been fired voluntarily

Near the exit of Own ManhattanNormolle told the Daily Mail that he was voluntarily dismissed by Serhant at the end of the season.

He told the Daily Mail that he had been asked to appear on the show three times and after the third he decided it might help. “open it to the world:”

“Ryan contacted me twice…I said no, twice. Each time he called, it was a little more enticing…(By the third time) I thought it was was a great opportunity for me to get my foot in the door and open myself up to the world.

According to what he told the Daily Mail, he changed his mind halfway through his contract, but the only way out of that contract was to be fired. So he claims he deliberately upset Serhant:

“The only way to get me out of these contracts was to make Ryan so angry that he fired me… And the only way to do that was to say all these things like: Ryan didn’t do anything when he was my age, while I was in the Forbes under 30 rankings… I made my first $100 million in my first year in real estate. I was on the cover of Downtown magazine, I was named Rookie of the Year, and I won Most Influential Broker at the Broker of the Year Awards… I called Ryan out on all these things and he got angry enough to fire me from TV – and instantly those contracts were completely canceled. »

Normolle also said that since his dismissal, Serhant has asked him to come back several times. However, this contradicts much of what Serhant has said in interviews like the aforementioned conversation with the LA Times.

Normolle added on his Instagram that he “I can’t stand it morally” the allegedly false story broadcast on television:

“Believe what’s real, otherwise you’re being guided by something that doesn’t exist. Not only is this something my team and I are trying to change, but it’s also something I morally cannot stand .”
