Rick Ross Breaks Silence on Vancouver Brawl After Drake Reportedly Co-Signs Him

This weekend, chaos broke out after Rick Ross performed in Vancouver. The singer was reportedly confronted by several alleged Drake supporters, leaving him with no choice but to fight back. The fight reportedly took place at the Ignite music festival last night (June 30), and footage of the brawl is now circulating on social media.

Rumor has it that it all started when Ross asked his DJ to play Kendrick Lamar’s iconic track against Drake, “Not Like Us,” at the event. This clearly caused some tension and eventually ended with him getting punched in the face. After that, several other people jumped in on the fight. At the time of writing, it’s unclear if anyone was seriously injured in the fight. It’s also unclear whether or not the men who attacked Ross were affiliated with Drake in any way.

Drake Likes Rick Ross Altercation Video on Instagram

It seems Drake got wind of the shocking incident, though. He reportedly liked a video of the attack on Instagram, and while that doesn’t prove he approves of the behavior, it certainly seems to suggest it. After all, the two ended up getting into an online spat amid Drake’s lyrical battle with Kendrick Lamar. Drizzy even got a diss track directed at him, “Champagne Moments,” in which Ross accuses him of getting a nose job and more.

Drake has yet to make a statement about the viral altercation, but Ross recently spoke out. The Room of Shadows with a brief message. “I thought they were bottle service boys ha!” he said.
