Kape grabbed Mokaev and split his head open a week before the fight

UFC fighter Jean Silva has revealed that Angolan Manel Kape and British-born Russian Muhammad Mokaev fought outside the UFC PI facility.

As a reminder, Mokaev and Cape will face each other on July 27 in Manchester at UFC 304.

Mokaev, 23, last stepped into the octagon in March 2024 at UFC Fight Night 238, where he defeated Alex Perez by unanimous decision. He has 12 wins without a single loss.

Kape, 30, last fought in September 2023 at UFC 293, earning a unanimous decision victory over Felipe dos Santos. He has 19 wins and six losses to his name.
