4 Trade Targets the 76ers Should Consider to Complete Their Roster

Right now, the 76ers don’t really have a clear option at guard. Eric Gordon is way too old to play a significant role and Kelly Oubre Jr. is a risky bet to play guard.

The 76ers, with the firepower they boast, don’t really need another flamethrower. So they could explore trading for Bucks wing Pat Connaughton, a do-it-all, intangible guy who, despite lacking dynamism in his scoring stats, does all the dirty work and subtle things a team needs from a role player.

Connaughton, a Milwaukee mainstay for quite some time now, looks like Batum without the lanky frame and crescent. While he’s not a flashy scorer with his low usage rate, he’s a respectable three-point shooter and a good connective passer. His defense is competent thanks to his effort, and overall, he has excellent game sense.
