Jiumaojiu International Holdings Ltd. announced the appointment of Ms. Leung Kwan Wai as Deputy Company Secretary, Authorized Representative and Process Officer, effective 5 July 2024, succeeding Mr. Matthew Mo Kan Tsui. In addition, the Company has received a waiver from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange allowing Mr. Su to continue to serve as Deputy Company Secretary, even though he does not strictly meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the Listing Rules. Ms. Leung brings over 15 years of corporate secretarial experience and is well versed in compliance matters related to the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance.
