One Tree Hill fans shocked by Sophia Bush’s age, which defies time – 21 years later

It’s hard to believe that One Tree Hill premiered back in 2003, as many of us still turn to the show for comfort. One face we’ll all remember from the hit drama is Sophia Bush.

It’s been 21 years since One Tree Hill first hit our screens.

The drama series, created by Mark Schwahn, ran for nine seasons and fans fell in love with the fictional town of Tree Hill and all of its residents. Initially, the plot focused on the lives of two stepbrothers, Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan Scott (James Lafferty), who competed for positions on their school’s basketball team.

Over the years, the show continued to follow what was happening in their lives as they grew up – from career changes to romances to heartbreaks. It was truly a show filled with drama, suspense, and all sorts of emotions.

One character that we really care about is Brooke Davis, played by actress Sophia Bush. Brooke was fiery and fierce, but also sensitive and caring. People loved seeing her character evolve over the years.

If you grew up in the early 2000s, you probably would have liked to play as Brooke, as she was a fan favorite and remained on the show for all nine seasons. Now, more than 20 years after the show ended, it’s safe to say that Sophia looks exactly the same.

The radiant actress doesn’t seem to age, even though she turned 42 this week. She looks exactly like we remember when she sassed around Tree Hill.

After the series ended, Sophia took on the role of Erin Lindsay in the NBC crime drama series Chicago PD. She also worked as a producer and starred as Dr. Samantha “Sam” Griffith in the medical drama Good Sam.

She has also starred in several films over the years, including John Tucker Must Die, The Hitcher, The Narrows, and Chalet Girl. In addition to seeing her on our television screens, Sophia is also known for her philanthropic work and social activism, including her work with the Time’s Up movement and DoSomething.org.
