Keen-eyed believers think they’ve found the real deal thanks to a striking photo where the hairy creature appears to have scared off deer.

Caught behind the lens in an unnamed forest, Stephanie Wood said she initially thought the creature might be a child in a costume, but now thinks it’s more serious.

Upon closer inspection, she thinks it might be a “baby Sasquatch.” Meaning “hairy man,” they are a tribe of people who supposedly live out the rest of their lives in tunnels and caves in the mountains, better known as “bigfoot.”

Stephanie said: “We know what you’re thinking. That’s Chaka from Land Of The Lost. Our gut reaction to this photo is that it’s probably a small person in a costume, maybe a child, right? But after analyzing it for a while, we’re not so sure anymore.

“Could it be a baby Sasquatch or one of those little furry creatures that occasionally appear in reports and are described as ‘squatchlets’? One thing is for sure: truth is stranger than fiction in most cases. Chaka or a Squatchlet? You decide.”

Many believers then echoed what they were seeing on the public Facebook group. John Uher said: “Even deer say WTF?”
