Kroger is offering a selection of gifts and other perks to shoppers who sign up for the company’s paid membership plan before July 23.

The “Boost Bonus Days” event promises savings of up to $60, according to a press release.

“Boost by Kroger Plus offers members incredible savings every day, and those savings are about to get even bigger with Boost Bonus Days,” Tom Duncan, Kroger’s vice president of marketing, said in the press release.

Here’s what we know about it.

Free Kroger brand items offered to Boost members

Shoppers who sign up during “Boost Bonus Days” will receive free Kroger-branded items and other offers totaling more than $60 in savings after signing up for a paid membership, which starts at $59 per year, the company said.

Free items, limited to one per subscription, include the following:

  • Cookies: Simple Truth or Simple Truth Biscuits Bio Place and Bake.
  • Spices:Any variety of Kroger brand spices.
  • Cereal:Any variety, any size of Kroger brand cold cereal.
  • Pasta:Any variety of Private Selection dry pasta, 16 ounce size.
  • Bacon:Any variety of 1 pound Kroger brand bacon.
  • Sandwich bags: Kroger brand sandwich bags.

How much does a Kroger Boost subscription cost?

Kroger offers two membership tiers, fees that must be paid in one installment, the company said.

  • $59 per year for unlimited free next-day delivery with a minimum order of $35.
  • $99 per year for free delivery in just two hours on grocery orders of $35 or more.

What other savings do you get with a Boost subscription?

Boost members, according to the company, are also eligible to receive the following offers:

  • Monthly deals and select free items throughout the store.
  • Two free virtual appointments with a Kroger Health nutrition expert.
  • 2X Kroger Fuel Points for every $1 spent, plus additional fuel points during fuel promotions. For every 100 points, Boost and Kroger Plus customers can save 10 cents per gallon on fuel, up to $1 per gallon.

Customers can also enjoy 50% off a new annual membership and current members can enjoy half off their annual membership next year.

How to get the Kroger member discount

To sign up, new and existing Boost members can get a discount by going online to Kroger.com or the Kroger app and clipping a digital coupon for products and membership through July 23.

Kroger touts its Boost members, who “can save up to $1,000 a year on fuel, groceries and delivery fees.” That calculation, the company says, is based on a $99 Boost membership for shoppers who spend at least $91 a week on groceries, plus two deliveries a week, and redeem fuel points twice a month for 13 gallons of fuel.
