Massive Bloodborne-Inspired Elden Ring Mod Now Works With New DLC

Elden RingThe stunning Bloodborne-inspired overhaul finally works with Shadow of the Erdtree, so you can get the trick weapons, guns, and eternal night of Yharnam in FromSoftware’s DLC. With Bloodborne’s PC port never seeming to happen (it’s been nine years, I’m so sorry), this mod’s gameplay changes make it the closest we’ve ever gotten to that dream.

The Elden Ring Graceborne mod is only in alpha right now, but it includes 22 new armor sets, 35 weapons, 17 trick weapons, and five guns, all inspired by Bloodborne. Created by solo modder ‘corvianNoctis’, they aim to turn FromSoftware’s new RPG “into a more sinister and sinister experience” with the Elden Ring mod.

That means there are pistol parries, no gear loading, fast-paced moves, a Bloodborne healing system, and several revamped monsters and bosses. Graceborne isn’t just Elden Ring with new visuals, it completely overhauls the foundations of combat and exploration, shaking up the entire experience.

Graceborne was originally released a day before Shadow of the Erdtree, with FromSoftware’s 1.12 update breaking the mod unless you reverted to a previous version of the game. Now, most of the mod’s content works with Shadow of the Erdtree, meaning you can bring armor sets, trick weapons, guns, map modifications, custom visual effects, and the permanent night feature into the DLC. The gun parade and custom sounds are all that’s left to fix.

corvianNoctis is also looking for help with Graceborne, so if you have any Elden Ring modding knowledge and would like to help turn The Lands Between into Yharam, please get in touch. With a PC port of Bloodborne eluding us by the day, this is the best way to go.

The updated Graceborne mod is available here, with more content and compatibility fixes coming soon. You can purchase all updated weapon and armor sets from a custom NPC at Elleh’s Church, just north of the Tree Sentinel in Limgrave.

If you’re struggling with the Shadowlands without resorting to a Bloodborne overhaul, we’ve rounded up all the best Elden Ring builds and best Elden Ring weapons in the base game and DLC.
