Renowned filmmaker Vishal Punjabi, better known as The wedding videographerhas documented the dream wedding ceremonies of many popular Bollywood celebrities. His illustrious profile features the names of renowned couples including Deepika Padukone and Ranveer SinghKiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra, and Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli. In his recent interview, Vishal shared a shocking anecdote about one of the weddings he filmed that ended in scandal and divorce.

Wedding movie reveals Bollywood superstar cheated on wife two months after marriage

In a conversation with DJ Simz on YouTube, Vishal shared a shocking incident and spoke about a big Bollywood star who cheated on his wife two months after their marriage. He also shared how his wife caught him red-handed and naked with an actress. Vishal shared, “There was this celebrity couple. Just two months after their marriage, the husband was caught cheating. He was found in a compromising situation with another Bollywood actress in her makeup van on the set. His wife caught them and immediately decided that she didn’t want the wedding film anymore.”

He continued, “I tried to contact the groom, but he wouldn’t respond. The bride said, ‘Don’t contact me, I don’t want the wedding film!’ So I contacted the groom’s manager, who said, ‘It’s not going to happen, we don’t want the film.’ At that point, I thought, ‘What should I do? Sell it to Netflix?’ After that incident, I changed my payment policy to 100% payment up front, because weddings involve a lot of emotion and commitment.”

Vishal reveals he already has the footage

Despite the situation, Vishal still has the footage with him. He revealed, “In the film, you see the groom crying and declaring his love, but it’s clearly fake crocodile tears. He’s a major Bollywood actor – I can’t name names, but the footage is incredibly valuable. It’s practically a comedy film in itself. I could sell it and make a fortune.” Looking directly into the camera, Vishal added, “You know who you are!”

Vishal worked with Shah Rukh Khan at Red Chillies Entertainment for ten years, particularly for his directorial skills before becoming The wedding videographer.
