Athletics announces schedule for home indoor competitions

BOSTON – The Boston University track and field program announced Monday its seven home games for the 2024-25 season at the Track & Tennis Center.

The Launchpad, home to some of the fastest times in the world, will host athletes from across the NCAA and track and field worlds. Additionally, meets will be fully open to spectators. The TTC is currently undergoing renovations to modernize the building and world-class track.

BU will kick off the 2024-25 season with the annual Sharon Colyear-Danville season opener on Dec. 7.

During the 2025 season, BU will host the Battle in Beantown on Jan. 18. That will be followed by the John Thomas Terrier Classic from Jan. 31 to Feb. 1. This year, the women will compete on Friday and the men on Saturday.

The Bruce Lehane Scarlet & White Invite is scheduled for February 8. On February 14-15, the TTC will host the David Hemery Valentine Invitational, with the men competing on Friday and the women on Saturday. The final indoor meet of the season is scheduled for February 21 for the Terrier DMR Challenge/Last Chance Meet.
