Muzaffarpur Government School Teacher Kasif Arrested for Sexual Exploitation of Minor Girls

A shocking case of sexual exploitation of minors in a government school has come to light in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district. The accused teacher has been identified as Kasif Raza, and some media reports are claiming his name to be Mohd. Kasim Ansari.

According to reports, five minors studying in the first grade have alleged that the accused teacher used to harass them and commit obscene acts. According to the minors, the accused would often put his hands in their pants and insert his fingers in their private parts. He would threaten them that if they told anyone about it, they would have their names removed from the school register. After their parents raised the issue with the school principal on July 24, an FIR was lodged against the accused teacher.

In addition, an official from the Ministry of Education confirmed that the alleged facts were true. The police have launched a search operation to find the accused teacher.

The heinous crime was committed in a government school in a village under Piar police station area of ​​Muzaffarpur district. According to reports, the accused teacher had allegedly committed obscene acts with several minor students. Recently, a first-year student narrated her ordeal to her parents, who then took up the matter with the school principal. After speaking to other students, the principal came to know that the accused teacher had sexually exploited several minors.

According to the minor victims, Kasif used to put his hands in their pants and insert his fingers in their private parts. He had threatened them that he would expel them from the school if they told anyone about it. Later, the school principal filed a complaint about it.

However, the accused teacher, Kasif, came to know about these allegations and took leave and fled.

After being informed about the matter, Bandra district chief Amit Kumar said that the matter was brought to light by the Bandra block. The matter is being investigated and appropriate action will be taken as per rules. He assured that the accused will not be spared.

At the same time, BEO Premlata said that this case is prima facie justified. This is a serious case and strict action will be taken against the accused.

The incident sparked outrage among local residents and parents of students enrolled in the school.
