Computer and printer stolen from CI premises

Kurnool: Thieves stole a computer and a printer from the office of the district inspector in Nallamada, Sri Sathyasai district, in the early hours of Thursday. The office staff were shocked to find the items missing when they opened the office.

It was revealed that the staff had left the office without locking the doors the previous night, making it easier for the thieves to ransack the premises. The incident raised suspicions, especially since two sentries were on duty at night.

The stolen computer contained crucial information related to Nallamada, Obuladevaracheruvu and Amadaguru police stations under Nallamada circle. Senior police officials are now focusing on how to recover the lost data. Sri Sathyasai District Superintendent of Police V. Ratna confirmed that a case has been registered and investigation is underway regarding the theft.
