Energy and civil infrastructure was damaged

On the morning of August 26, the Russian military shelled the Kiev region with missiles and attack drones. As a result of the shelling, two energy facilities and 22 private houses were damaged.

This was reported by the head of the kyiv regional military administration Ruslan Kravchenko.

It should be noted that at 12:00 there were three known injured residents in the area.

“A 59-year-old woman was taken to hospital with shrapnel injuries. A 40-year-old woman with a five-month-old baby was also injured. The mother had previously suffered a brain injury. “The child fell out of the stroller, the daughter has a scratch on her thigh,” the message read.

Two energy facilities and 22 private houses were damaged by the fall of fragments of enemy targets shot down in the kyiv region. One house was completely destroyed, another was significantly damaged. A warehouse, garages and three cars were also damaged.

The consequences of the enemy attack are recorded in all districts of the kyiv region. All operational groups continue their work.

As a reminder, on August 26, following a massive Russian attack on energy infrastructure, 15 regions of Ukraine were affected.
