Man caught on CCTV inappropriately touching himself at multiple homes: court documents

CINCINNATI (WXIX) — A man accused of burglarizing homes and exposing himself to others multiple times in July and August is now behind bars.

Jesse King, 26, was convicted of public indecency twice in 2019, according to Hamilton court records.

He is again charged with public indecency in addition to voyeurism and burglary, according to court documents.

The most recent accusations date back to July and August of this year.

According to court documents, King exposed himself and inappropriately touched himself on two occasions.

The first time was on July 21, when King was seen inappropriately touching himself on a Ring doorbell from a Clifton home along Telford Street, records show.

Less than a month later, the 26-year-old allegedly did the same thing at a home on Bishop Street in the CUF neighborhood on Aug. 15, according to court documents.

The incident was also captured on a Ring doorbell camera.

According to court documents, King also allegedly entered the victim’s property to “invade her privacy.”

Court records also show King faces two burglary charges for breaking into two other homes in Clifton.

The first incident occurred on July 28 at a house on Terrace Avenue, and then on August 16 at a house on Lowell Avenue.

According to records, King was confronted by a resident of the Lowell Avenue home and chased him out of the house.

Court documents say King admitted to entering both homes through a window.

King’s bail has been set at $150,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on September 6.
