Iran condemns Europe’s cancellation of air services agreements

In a major diplomatic clash, Iran’s foreign ministry condemned the cancellation of bilateral air services agreements with France, Germany and the United Kingdom. European countries interpreted the move as a sanction against Tehran, citing recent missile transfers to Russia.

The move is a proactive step by Europe to counter Iran’s military collaborations, which it considers destabilizing. Iran, however, has called the allegations and the resulting sanctions unjustified measures that have further worsened international relations.

This development underlines the escalation of tensions and the interweaving of geopolitical influences, with each side remaining firm in its respective positions.
