Do you recognize him? $5,000 reward offered for arrest of man accused of kidnapping and sexually assaulting child

HOUSTON – Look closely at the sketch above. Crime Stoppers and Houston police need your help to identify this man, who is charged with aggravated kidnapping and sexual assault of a child.

According to HPD, the incident took place on May 24, 2023. Investigators say the victim was walking outside at night when she was approached by a group of two or three people in a black four-door SUV. The report describes that a door on the left side of the SUV was broken and that paper and duct tape covered the window.

Investigators say the unidentified man, known only as “D Boy,” stopped the SUV, pointed a handgun and forced the victim into the car. That’s when the victim was taken to an undisclosed residence and sexually assaulted, police said.

The man is described as having no hair and multiple tattoos on his arms and neck.
