Trial begins for man accused of 2020 murder of Albany man

Jury selection began Monday in the trial of a man accused of shooting and killing an Albany man in 2020.

Joseph Seeley, 27, is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon in the death of Jimmy Moore. The shooting occurred on Sept. 23, 2020, in the area of ​​First Street and Lexington Avenue in Albany.

Seeley was indicted last December and pleaded not guilty.
