The following security updates were announced on Tuesday:

– AI surveillance camera testing program, including the installation of nine new cameras covering all main entrances and the food court
– Door repair
– Emergency repair of the sound system
– Lighting repairs in progress
– Increased total security hours by 53 hours/week, including armed security seven days a week
– Complete review of on-site security policy and procedure with various adjustments made to better meet immediate needs
– Open discussions related to the coordination of training activities for local police, firefighters and emergency medical services on site
– Coordination of public events for community engagement alongside the city and other local agencies
